Miloš Gledović is an Of Counsel with a practice focused on tax, real estate, energy, and infrastructure matters.
With more than 15 years of international experience, he advises project developers, private equity investors, financial institutions, and corporate clients throughout the full lifecycle of their investments.
His work spans transaction structuring, tax-efficient investment planning, acquisitions and disposals, project development, and ongoing operational matters. He regularly advises on legal, tax, regulatory, and compliance issues arising across the real estate, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
In addition to his legal advisory work, Miloš brings valuable commercial insight. Prior to joining Kinstellar, he managed one of the largest real estate portfolios in the Balkans for a leading international food retailer and served on the board of one of Southeast Europe's leading commercial real estate developers.
